Hayley Alderman, a 14-year-old Michigan girl, seemed to have a strategic purpose for appearing at a John McCain town hall meeting; however, it had nothing to do with supporting his stance in the election. Face to face the teen challenged him.

"She questioned his absence at the Lilly Ledbetter vote, which she said would have given "equal rights to women, equal pay."

"I don't believe that this would do anything to help the rights of women except maybe help trial lawyers and others in that profession," he replied."

"Alderman, however, doesn't feel like he answered her question and was not won over: She still supports Democrats, Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, even though she can't vote until 2012."

"I'll really go for either one of them, as long as it's not McCain," she said."

Hayley has a bright future as an activist.
