If at first (or 949th time) you don't succeed, try, try again. I like her perserverance.

949 unsuccessful attempts and she passes with a minimum score on the 950th. I am so glad I do not have to share a road with her.

I saw her on a Japanese TV program. In it, one Japanese comedian tried to help her pass the exam, but to no avail. I think she said she had her own reason of so desperately want a licence. Was it something to do with the memory of her late husband? Sorry I don't remember.
