I saw this when it was on 20/20. I think when it's teen dating a teen, this kind of punishment is way to extreme.

It's a witch hunt and many are caught in this horrible system they call 'law' I personally know someone who was in the same situation. He was sent to prison for three years, where he was raped and now is HIV positive. He cannot get a job because he is forever labeled as a 'sex offender' It is a tragedy.His life is over he has lost all hope and faith.

There are so many girls that go after older men,YES,even their mother's boyfriend then he ends up in prison because you cannot blame the victim!
