One more reason that Chick-fil-A should be on everybody's 'no go' list! Just goes to show how they put profits before people.

Chick a fil is a deranged corporation. I wouldn't eat it if I were starving.

"And heres the thing that haunts me as a parent: If a pillar of factory farming can try to convince my two-year-old son that it represents the ideals of family agriculture, what wont the Mad Men try to convince him to believe?"

There's the rub. This is a technique being used by all manner of things horrid, from cradle to grave. Call a thing its opposite and pretend that's the truth. Sometimes they pretend so hard I think they believe it themselves. 1984 showing up 20 some years late is all. But still just as insidious and scary. And why that man EVER read that book is beyond me. He should have burned it like the devil's kindling the moment he laid eyes on it...

They've been using the media for generations since television came into being. Prior to that it was radio with Edgar R. Murrow et al.

Gene J.,and Lynn S., are on point.
This 1984ish mind bending is just the sort of ##***# thing that G.W.Bush put out when he announced his "Blue Skies," policy of supporting the power industries
