Right, so they can afford to test nuclear weapons
but they can't afford to feed their people who are eating their children...

Amazing once again how US media is not informed of major things they could easily pick up from other news sources. I read yesterday as soon as the first news broke about a seismic act that US as well as China HAVE BEEN informed by N Korean officials of an imminent nuclear test. That was one day ahead and I also posted it right away. It was not till HOURS LATER that CNN finally also reported this.

Nuclear Test SUSPECTED? I'm afraid it's the real thing now!
Kim Jong-un is crazier and more dangerous than his father, Kim Jong-il. And that is VERY SCARY!

North Korea is small and divided from South Korea.. They are poor.

All the world is threatened by their demand to be the biggest and the most dangerous.

Are they?

If one of us were to pull off somethihg similar, we wouldn't be around long, now would we?

And they've given us advance notice that they're going to aim for us.

That, to me, sounds as if they have declared war on the USA.

Now they've given us evidence. Yes, they mean it.

If our "power people" don't wake up, well, I just hope it will be quick and over. Last time, I have read, the mammoths still have the food in their stomachs,.

Yep, according to evidence I have read, the Earth was pretty well destroyed by nuclear power.

WAKE UP! all of us before it's too late.

It seems the people with the power are either working secretly or they're pretending the elephant is not in the living room. Know what I mean?

Thanks Carrie for the interesting article. I had seen this on TV, and I feel the North Koreans have to be really watched. I don't think they will bow to international pressure, which is the scary part.

I wish these other countries would stop playing around with these Nuclear Weapons. Our world doesn't need these types of testings anywhere above or below the grounds. Thanks Carrie

I'm sorry. I know it's not the politically correct thing to say but I believe North Korea should be just wiped off themap. The leaders are just dangerous nut jobs bent on holding the world hostage with their nuclear threats. AND WE ARE LETTING THEM!

As messed up as their leaders are, let's have compassion for the people of North Korea, since their government chooses to spend money on nuclear weapons instead of feeding them.

Noted (I Hope). Yes, been having "noting" trouble for a few days now.
Well, I'm not going to be worried by media fearmongering. It seems like there's quite a possibility that the earthquakes will take a toll large enough that it could be the end of their program anyway. Wonder why no one has mentioned that.....
