My heart goes out to the parents of Trayvon. Listening to the stories they come up in court to make him responsible for his own death is outrageous.

The jury is in. I didn't watch any of that, so was surprised to find it a six person jury, even more surprised to find it was five white women and one minority woman. And now, I wonder what next? I wonder if the men of the NRA and the republican party who want every one to be a cowboy and stand your ground laws in every state are going to prevail. Or if this unholy outcome might be the straw that breaks the back of the gun toting vigilantes who will surely be emboldened by this verdict. I'd say only in Florida, but that isn't true, it could be any state, anywhere in the Union where Wayne and his evil crew hold sway over cowardly politicians too afraid to stand up for what is right and just. The right to walk freely anywhere, at any time, in safety just disappeared with this verdict. Any fool with a gun can think you a threat and kill you, with impunity. How many more must die before we say enough?

Bastard should be in jail, what a bloody travesty! For shame, America!
