Map: All The Countries John McCain Has Wanted to Attack

Even before he was caught playing poker on his iPhone at a Senate hearing on Wednesday, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) had already sent a message: Anything less than an extensive aerial assault on the Syrian regime by American forces would be an unacceptable.

McCain is such a war monger. Despicable!!! Anyone who voted for him should really be rocking his boat, perhaps ship him off to Syria with nothing but the clothes on his back.
Thank You Carrie.

Agree that McCain is a war monger, and a game playing war monger at that...send him to Syria and let him fight with the rebels. Peace, Light and Love.

Noted. Well, I've voted for his opposition too many times to count to no avail. Either people are "stuck on stupid" or somebody's counting the votes wrong here. It was quite a pleasure to see all the pushback at the Town Hall meetings he held here in AZ, though. He's gotten used to huge supporters at these, and was in for quite a shock. Yes, he's a warmonger extraordinaire! Never met a country he didn't want to attack. I think it's way past time for Mr. Crotchety to go out to pasture. If only!

I agree with everyone here. The man is an imbecile and should be forcefully retired. Thanks Carrie

Don't you remember McDuck singing his little tune in 2008? "Bomb, bomb, bomb Iran" such a clever man. He looked surprised at his Town Hall meeting, like someone had planted a bunch of doves in his hawk arie. Then he angrily told someone he didn't need a lecture about Veterans, au contraire mon McGoofy, you most certainly do need that lecture. You have voted against them too many times, yet always eager to make more. He has been in the Senate so long he believes his own press.

I've often wondered what pickled his brain and warped him so badly that he wants to see more young men hurt by war as he was. A sick, twisted mind that.

Who can forget "McDuck's" ridiculous song? And yes, he most certainly does need a lecture about Veterans and what they and their families deserve! He should have been put out to pasture many many years ago.

McCain is a war monger---------maybe has something to do with his being held captive and tortured. It is time for him to retire to AZ and enjoy life. Thank you.

That list is going to get longer as McCain gets more ornery not to mention bitter about losing out to Obama. And to think this man wanted to be president? Ha! If he had gotten into the White House (as if he stood a snowball's chance in hell) we'd all be going back to the days of the duck and cover drills and building underground bomb shelters since we'd be at war with two thirds of the world. McCain is so infuriating and tiresome and a pain that will not go away.

Sending a Green Star is a simple way to say "Thank you"
You cannot currently send a star to Robert because you have done so within the last day.

Does senile dementia sound like it could be a problem for the old Hawk?

John McCain has always come over as an angry old man, he's angry about the fact he was shot down the the Viet Cong when he was bombing a civilian power station. Still as he said "In the 21st century, nations don't invade other nations" no he just wants to bomb them back to the stick age. Actually it is quite unclear exactly what he wants to bomb some countries unless he is getting a backhander from companies that make bombs other than that it should be remembered he was the guy who inflicted Sarah Palin on the bulk of humanity and if i wasn't for him, she would most likely be in jail with a very sore bottom just now.

If this idiot is as serious as he seems to be then let him lead the charge instead of sending young American to die for his drum rattling.

He is such a war monger. I told Mom that he had been caught playing poker on his Iphone while he was supposed to be paying attention when they were voting on how to deal with Syria and she was happy he got caught. If he had been elected president, we would have been constantly at war.

For more details. in a video format, watch Rachel Maddow explain it all
if McCain had been elected President in "Imagining America Under 'President McCain'.

Hear McDuck song in this video, a very short version. lol.

You can subscribe to both MSNBC Rachel Maddow & Amy Goodman's show
Democracy Now via Miro or iTunes for free.

McCain needs to "retire" and put out to pasture now as he does "suffer" from
some form of mental instability or early senile dementia (maybe he has had it
for awhile...).

Ty, Carrie.

His behavior is shameful.

Senator McCain is an old man who, most likely, has lost it. I think he suffered horribly in Viet Nam and has suffered ever since. It is amazing how many forms PTSD can take, and one of them is wanting to continue to be fighting a war.

I'm surprised Canada isn't on his hit list because of universal health care or some other reason not understood by anyone! After all, you know we "socialists"!

@ Michael H --- "I am sutprised he has time to do al of this between video poker games" --- Good one!

@ Jim --- "Imagining America Under 'President McCain'. --- That's not the American Dream; that's the American Nightmare, a REAL BÍte Noire!. Great Rachel segment!

All good points. and also a good presentation and vey informative of what I didn't know historically..

You know; he is elderly. He is never going to be on any front lines again. But..... have we noticed how much of America is hawkish like him?
They like conflicts and wars.. whether lied to or not.. They even like the mission.. kill the other fella. War games and covetousness an the few times it I because their is a bully who is taking advantage of people. Like in the game of thrones. Some; like the purpose and the cause.. A personality thing..
Some are just deceived until the consequence becomes their world of sorrows. Been there done that one.

McCain is not going to fight any ones war. His day is over. But he has proven; that even in consequence; he will abandon you and not follow thru and he is quite mean about it. Only he can answer why that is.

This is life on planet earth;; the late great planet earth?
