Okay, you read my mind. I sure it would be from ONION News. Rush Limpaw wants people to give his version of history to children? Isn't there a law against corrupting the minds of children, fouling their thoughts before they have been formed? Education? Nope just more dumbing down of America, with intent to create more stupid listeners.

"truthful history" from Limbaugh is an oxymoron...key being moron.

One can hope it will be in the fiction section. The GOPTP wouldn't know the true history of our founding fathers. They keep changing it to suit what they need at any given time that they wouldn't remember the truth if it got out of a grave and bit them colletivelly on their rears.

I saw this on HuffPo ; it made me want to vomit!
This disgusting POS will do ANYTHING for money. His fans will buy anything and he knows it!

Limbaugh spews nothing but hate, fear, lies, and propaganda; he also disrespects the office of The POTUS
.
There have been rumors about him and children for years now; this book makes me wonder...

Look how thin his character is on the cover-lol!!

When they were teenagers, my Children read a book that wasn't written BY Rush Limbaugh, but was written about him. It's title is "Rush Limbaugh Is A Big, Fat Idiot." It was written by Al Franken many years ago. I still have that book. I'm saving it for my grandchildren.

I love this comment from "Citizen Dave" (Isthmus: the Daily Page):

The other day, in a story about Hillary Clinton's likely presidential bid, the New York Times reported something that Limbaugh said about Clinton recently: "The radio host Rush Limbaugh, echoing his commentary from her first presidential run, asked his audience in April whether the American people 'want to vote for somebody, a woman, and actually watch a woman get older before their eyes on a daily basis?'"

Okay, so let me get the obvious shot out of the way first. Why are we subjected to watching Rush Limbaugh get older, balder, fatter and dumber on a daily basis?

But the more interesting question is this: why does the American public give a guy like Limbaugh the time of day? He is uninformed when he's not distorting the truth and he routinely says things that are racist, misogynistic and designed to be offensive. He's entitled to his opinions, but why does he get a seat on the big, national stage of American ideas? Why does a reputable news organizations like the Times feel the need to quote him?
..........................
Intelligent women, who are offended by his obvious misogyny and ignorance, aren't likely to be buying his books for their children. And neither will the men who love them.

They left out one FAQ: So, Rush wrote a children's book. Is the world coming to an end?

A. Probably. Nuclear annihilation; zombies clawing their way out of graves, marching on Congress, only to expire again from starvation (they survive on brains, you know); the heads of every man, woman and child on this planet blowing up like so many balloons and exploding from the sheer madness of it all; a planet-killing meteor probably thrown at us by an ancient and benevolent alien civilization who’ve been driven mad listening to Rush on the radio waves from Earth they've been trying desperately to block from their telepathic receptors for some time now; no one's quite sure how, but we all know it's coming. Good-bye. Try to keep the screaming to a minimum, you’ll wake the Grootslang, and don't we got enough problems?

I would imagine that most children would have enough critical analysis to realize that Limbaugh is, a well-known drug addict who pled guilty to criminal prescription fraud in 2009, merely dry-swallowed a bunch of Vicodin and hallucinated that he traveled through time. Still given he is dressed in a style 150 years later than the Pilgrim fathers they will most likely burn him as a witch for violating causality and generally being a Dick. Also the PIlgrim fathers were immigrants so he would most likely rail against them any way he will merely come up as an enormous Dick which just about sums up Rush Limbaugh entirely the sooner than man explodes in a case of colonic blow back the batter.

Funny,my first reaction was. also, the world must be coming to an end.
So, this cretin is going to do the revisionist thing.
I guess he will talk about the Puritan's (known for their pure tyranny)coming to North America for the sake of religious freedom, which they quickly denied to Roger Williams, whom they drove out into the winter of their discontent, to his almost certain death. He went on to found Rhode island, I believe.

Suzanne, you ask such good questions: why give him the time of day? Because some people are making money out of it. Perhaps some of the same people who helped dumb down the American public, the entertainment industry. Faux News makes money out of idiotic rantings, and its stars sell books.

You know, we call them "stars," but maybe that's where black holes really originated, not in outer space, but right here: It has been said that no information can escape out of a black hole, once it has crossed the "event horizon," and that black holes are so dense they tear apart and crush any thing that they can suck in. But, now it is being realized that black holes do blow off streams of matter. My goodness, bloated beings banging out bags of bullshit! Sound like some supposed people we know?

Coming back from my tangent:Any industry that can put out "Married, With Children," and the like, and have it embraced by such a large piece of the population, has done its devilish homework.

WOW JUST WOW! rush's arrogance knows NO limits if he thinks he understands the "true" history. but i will read the bk b4 i solidify opinion of bk, not writer. even more interesting are people's comments and the assumptions that they make about fellow commenters. phrases like "u people"(and im still in the dark about what population he is referring to), my IQ is higher than yours, the wording u use is just something u learned to put others down, ur spelling is a sign of low IQ, etc etc it turns out to be more of a one upsmanship than real article opinions. if the people that claim there IQ is so high why are they being so petty. but i am very grateful to be alerted because otherwise i would not have gotten the info until much later when one of my political friends(frank, this IS u) bring it up. i am going to read this bk because if i intend to criticize it i need sufficient knowledge of what the actual projection is that offends me :)
