We don't use the term "viral" lightly, but these guys earned it. This note written by Journey's workers to their boss "Jamie" was posted to Reddit on Saturday, and has zipped across the Internet today.

Noted. Thanks, Carrie. I hope Fix My Job will have some good effects. There are too many "bully bosses" who really don't belong in management.

Loved the note, not gonna lie. But I do agree completely that you should not have to quit your job just to prove a point. I applaud Fix My Job for their dedication to teaching workers that they do have legal recourse and basic legal rights at any job. I wish the note writers the best of luck in finding better jobs and better bosses. Thanks Carrie.

Tout le monde devrait faire exactement ce que ces gens ont fait. Travailler pour gagner sa vie n'implique pas de se ne pas se faire respecter. Bravo à ces trois personnes !!! J'espère qu'ils serviront d'exemples !

They may have used Fix my Job and not have had to quit, but then they'd never have had the satisfaction of nailing this guy to the church door by his ears. I somehow got the impression they had secured new jobs (with the competition?) before putting up this sign as a revenge. Perhaps they were even coached by Fix my Job, which cleverly used this viral notice to promote their cause.

Noted. I love this note, and posting it where they did gave this boss (I hope) the embarrassment he deserves - but .....
you shouldn't have to quit your job to get respect. I hope that these people who nailed their boss , got new jobs before affixing this sign, I had never heard of Fix my Job, sounds like a great organization to which employees can go and learn more about their legal rights.
Thank You Carrie

I think fixmyjob.com may be the most interesting way of sharing problems and ideas along with a great cure for frustration. This boss may be too much of a boob to understand what they did wrong.
