I watch Jon every night, and he always cracks me up. Last night was brilliant, reporters giving information on street traffic, exactly.

This has to be at the top of the list for Jon and the Daily Show. I loved it!

You know, I didn't know this myself, until I just confirmed it, with myself, while watching that series of outstanding reportage. Though I'm not sure that is a word. I have not watched a "breaking event" on television since 9/11. Because THAT drove me nuts in exactly the way Jon and his team described "coverage" today, so I NEVER watch anything of the kind, I avoid it completely. I am still a fan of the old fashioned newsprint, I get a daily paper. I read it. And I know, that by the time I read of any event the next day or the next, they'll likely have most of it right. That is confirmed, hard data. :^)
