I read the news 2 days ago, yes.Time will tell.. they'd be fools to announce anything different, but will they STICK to it?
Time that icecream giants like Hagen Dasz and others should also announce that they will NOT USE the GMO Vanilla ("Synbio" Vanilla) in their icecream!

The language used in the letters, he said, does not reject the idea of using Arctic apples in the future when purchasing them may be a possibility.

“The conclusion that either of these companies have ‘rejected’ Arctic apples is clearly false,” he said.”
Noted with interest. Thank You Carrie.

All companies should be saying "NO" to GMO. May others have the sense to follow these two. Thanks Carrie

Grr... why not? Almost everything served at McDonalds is GMO or fed GMO. They may be the biggest customer of Monsanto. And all their fast food friends too like KFC, Burger King, Subway, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut are driving GMO meat, cheese, HFCS, oils, and more.

Gerber meanwhile is owned by Nestle (who makes GMO baby formula)

Neither one is worth doing business with. Make different choices...

More or less as others have said, "no plans" is pretty lame. Plans can change,

We can only hope and hope other big corporations follow suit.

Do not give up the fight! Write to the companies that make and sell your favorite manufactured foods, or your least favorite for that matter! Ha ha! Let them know you won't be buying if they use GMOs! If it's your least favorite, they don't need to know you wouldn't be buying anyway! ;)
