If the person in charge of holding investigations in the House of Representatives is a dishonest liar, he should be held accountable.

While I dislike Issa and think he is pretty much an a-hole, this petition doesn't tell us why he should be impeached. Being a liar isn't enough. Though the main problem I have with this petition is that it says, "target: DARRELL ISSA" If Issa is the one receiving the petition, do you really think he is going to impeach himself? That makes no sense.

I noticed that it goes to him too, but he is the head of the committee that handles this. Maybe that is why it is going to him? He was a crook before he entered congress and should not be making decisions about others. He has a record of auto thefts and arson convictions. I think anything he does on that committee should be a Conflict of Interest. One only has to be reminded of the stupidity of the Tbaggers to figure out why they put this lunatic on a Justice Committee. He has leaked confidential reports and then when caught just says "oops". He demanded and received the info on the ACA and the Health Care Site. Doesn't take a genius to figure out how it got hacked and started off so badly. He should not be leaking these legal things and he even outed a CIA Agent and put his life in danger, as well as making up lies about non-existent scandals and then makes up the manufactured "evidence" about them, such as the IRS and was recently discovered that his buddy is a big wig there and did his best to make up a scandal about that, but there are no scandals. He just dreams up things to make up something and then we pay a lot of money for him to hold phony hearings on phony scandals. He needs to go. Please read the petition for more info. Thanks, Carrie, we need to be rid of this crook.

I agree with you Roger the petition is not articulated or directed very well. But I don't agree that being a liar isn't enough. The person in charge of oversight should not be an out-and-out fibber. It makes no sense to have him in that role.

Dis honest people should not be allowed in our government. If that was accomplished there probably wouldn't be enough left to run the government! Isn't that a sad state of affairs?

Darrel Issa may be the most useless person in America and should be prosecuted for lying to congress, although that's probably not illegal. Part of the oath of office should be that if you lie in any statement in office you go directly to jail without a trial, are removed from office and are kept in jail until your term expires. Of course that would only leave about half the Democrats and the entire Republican Party in jail, but what a fantastic future it would lead to.

Poor old Darrel, The "drama queen " Is still waiting for his big moment!.He is ready for his close up now. Mr. DeMille!.
Seriously I do think that he has wasted s great deal of time , that could hav been spent on legitimate issues, ,eg. jobs and the economy.fair wages etc.May I suggest that he be fined for wasting precious time.,after all he IS the RICHEST member of the house.!and can afford it..another thought. When will he investigate Christie???
Signed. OF COURSE.

This corrupt person has been elected and reelected down in the San DIego area.

Maybe some of you can concentrate your efforts there, as he come up for reelection every two years.

By informing and managing to right the failures of the corporate-controlled US electoral process, some good can be done. Remember only a bit over 1/2 of voters elect him.

ISSA's criminal rap sheet?

The car theft charges occurred when he was in the military, he stole one of his peers car and the left it and tried to claim he didn't take it. It didn't fly.

He was accused of Arson in the fire that burned the factory that he FORCED the previous owner to sell to him by fraudulent threats. The reason they charged him was because all of the computer systems holding the customer records and the accounts were removed prior to the evening the buildings CAUGHT FIRE and burned nearly to the ground.
