Before authorizing costly new wars, Congress should have a full debate on the current threats facing the United States and the best response to those threats. Neither the House nor Senate has held even one hearing on these new provisions.

no president should have power to take us into war without the approval of the house and senate. obama already has us in lybia illegally. he wants to put us in other countries we have no business in. he's starting to make bush look like a pussy cat.

Sorry, I am not starting over, and I doubt very many people will sign when running into this problem. Almost no one will go through all of this stuff just to sign something. Post it on Care2 petition site.. maybe you will get few signatures.

the way I look at it we can,t afford to get into another war, should be freeing up soldiers and equipment to help Israel, no obama threw them under the bus, he wants to be embroiled in middle eastern affairs, thats his game

Ok, I tried 6 different zips in LA, 1 in San Jose, I in San Francisco, and 1 in Eureka. The message came up that none of these zips are in a federal district. Yet some people are getting through. Beats the heck out of me.
