Leveling Hamas' headquarters is not only a win for Israel, its a win for those countries who want to see Hamas erased from the world.

This is all so scary! Can't we all live in peace?

Cheryl, people invented jails to keep murderers there. It is not with everyone people can live in peace with...

I think the major victory involved in destroying Hamas' HQ was not in the destruction itself, but the destruction when people were not in it. Now that Israel has clearly established a preference to destroy an empty HQ, Hamas and any foreign contacts it may have are less likely to try to meet in secret. As long as Israel can intercept any telecommunications coming out of whatever new Hamas HQ, it will be vastly more difficult for Hamas to seek foreign support, or generally plan anything, without Israel knowing about it.

I have a Jewish friend who now lives in America,

She said when she was in school they had to be alert all the time for the signal to go into the "safe place"

Israel has tollerated unwarranted attacks for years. They have the right to protect their children.
