S&N This is very worrying in two ways. Not only is judiciary action against Chinese leaders in the genocide of Tibetans stopped, the fact that the Spanish government would limit the independence of Spain's judiciary on the whole to avoid political (or my guess is economical) problems with China. It seems that Spain is willing to give up some of its hard-won democratic freedom to appease a major investor.
