This is wonderful! I have an earthworm composter as well, and it has cut my trash (along with reducing, reusing, and recycling) to about a bag every three months. My garbage workers don't even slow down anymore! I'm thrilled to see that major trash producers like hotels are willing to do such things. Viva Mount Nelson!
