First Fruitbat Born in Captivity at Cushing Zoo

A recent birth was an unexpected but much welcomed delivery at the Cushing Zoo. On February 17, one of the Marianas fruitbats living at the Tumon facility gave birth, bringing the total number of the species at the zoo up to five.

I love fruit bats. I hope that they have a large enough enclosure so they can fly. Beautiful creatures.
