A woman living in Grand Junction moved out of her home a year ago, but didn't take her cats with her, according to KJCT-TV in Grand Junction. Animal control officials told KJCT they can't just pick up cats cats like they can with dogs,

They should be able to pick these cats up. They need a home, food and love. There are people who would love these cats as their own. But while they spend more and more time on the prowl, it will be harder for them to adapt to a home. I hope they know where this woman is. She did the crime, Now it's time for her to pay.
