"There are a number of alternative toilet paper brands to choose from. Which direction you hang it from the roll is entirely up to you." Don't let the KOCHs WIPE OUT our DEMOCRACY!

Thanks Elle for posting the link to the products to be boycotted. I use toilet paper made from recycled material and don't buy the other products because they are throw away items. However I will email my friends who do and encourage them not to buy those brands. Read and noted.

Care2 must be slow posting comments today so I'll try again. Thanks Elle for posting the link. Read and noted. I use toilet paper made from recycled materials and don't use the other product because they are throwaways but will email the list to my friends who do use these products and encourage them not to buy those brands.

Many of these products could be replaced with sustainable substitutes made from hemp. Hemp is already imported into the US to manufacture goods, so why not these?

Looks like they aren't making anything I want or use anyway. I think I am a natural boycotter of Koch...Well it's easy when I don't buy big brand names, other than my car and computer.

We should be growing hemp in the US...The boys will juggle, masquerade, disguise and do whatever they please to keep the 99% down.

Nancy thank-you for making the excellent key point. The founders cannot believe we let go of hemp. . .what a complete market debacle and economic disaster!

"To date, thirty-one states have introduced pro-hemp legislation and seventeen have passed legislation, while eight states (Hawaii, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia) have removed barriers to its production or research. However, despite state authorization to grow hemp, farmers in these states risk raids by federal agents and possible forfeiture of their farms if they plant the crop, due to the failure of federal policy to distinguish oilseed and fiber varieties of Cannabis (i.e., industrial hemp) from psychoactive drug varieties."
