Noted and signed, thanks Jocelyn. I have to agree with Marian E. about Condoleezza Rice. If she wasn't such a puppy of the Bush/Cheney administration she might have been able to do some good for the people in Darfur. I don't see her as a leader but a follower and unfortunately she is walking closely behind the evil twins and down the wrong path. Not to get off the subject but I wanted to share this with my Care2 friends and other members who might be interested. Just last night I was watching a very interesting movie based on true events. It was back in the late 70's and early 80's when the Afghanistan people were fighting the Soviet Red Army. Basically Afghani men, women and children were fighting the Soviets for us as we could not get involved because that would have put the U.S. into a war with the Russians. Anyhow the movie is called "Charlie Wilson's War" and is based on the book which has the same title. I highly recommend everyone to watch this movie and also read the book if possible. I had known about what happened back then because of personal knowledge from a very reliable source. For the majority of Americans who are of Christian faith Charlie Wilson (from Texas) may not have been a perfect Congressman with all his drinking and woman chasing behavior but in my opinion he was great because he really did have a compassionate big heart and truly cared about other people. I really like this guy. I would vote for him in a heartbeat if he was running for President today! I would also like to put the lunatics we now have behind bars and throw away the key! Just a wee bit of humor to help keep me sane in this crazy world of ours. Please try and watch the movie, you won't regret it and don't forget to watch the special features too as it explains a great deal about the making of the movie and has some interviews with the Congressman himself along with the cast. Tom Hanks along with the other actors did a great job and I thoroughly enjoyed their acting. I hope you enjoyed my movie review and hope everyone has a peaceful week, take care.
