If Jackson's production of "The Hobbit" is any thing like his Ring trilogy it should be an awesome film.

I don't know if any of you knew, but Peter Jackson had always planed to direct The Hobbit, but after the Return of the King was released, Newline & Jackson had a falling out. Newline was going ahead without Peter Jackson as director. That's why this news is so great, Nobody else could do what he does. The Hobbit, was done in cartoon style a few years ago and for that application, was well done. I certainly think a live actor presentation would be also good as long as the story line is not butchered.
