A GA aquarium plans to import 18 beluga whales captured off the coast of Russia. If the U.S. government approves the plan, it will mark the first time in nearly two decades that wild-caught cetaceans have been imported into an aquarium in the U.S.

These are highly intelligent animals who have no business being incarcerated anywhere. I would not pay to go see them in an aquarium. I hope no one else does either. The aquarium could just show a video of these creatures in the wild. They don't need the real ones who would be imprisoned needlessly!
