I saw a youtube on the partially decomposed bodies of a python which got stuck with an alligator half swallowed. I wondered what would happen if the pythons were not checked. I know they were very worried about native species already at risk. Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

I think it would be smart to look at the laws around pet ownership too, especialy since pet pythons have killed a few toddlers.
