LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Harvey Korman, the tall, versatile comedian who won four Emmys for his outrageously funny contributions to "The Carol Burnett Show" and played a conniving politician to hilarious effect in "Blazing Saddles," died Thursday. He was 81.

Wow! At least he had a good full life. I can hardly believe it. I grew up on the Carol Burnett show. He'll be missed. Peace and prayers to his family and friends.

All the good ones keep leaving us- and they don't "make'em " like this anymore, but what good memories from childhood. He was hysterical..and so authentic. Thx for posting.

Harvey was superb with Carol Burnett in the 60' & 70's.......

Young people today have no real idea what "clean humor" is!!!! Red Skelton was another of the same era who was hysterical & a truly kind man!!

We loved him on the Carol Burnett show.Very funny.He will be missed.
