Thanks for resending. We also have been doing this for a few years. Now if we could get a few cities to join in. Imagine New York, Boston, DC, Atlanta, all dark for an hour. Great contributor to avian migration safety too!

Masha S. sent me a beautiful Earth Hour ecard earlier today, but I did not know the significance of the card. I liked it so much that I sent the card to everyone without knowing its significance.

Then, Alice D. sent me a message explaining the significance of the ecard along with the time for the ceremonial hour!

Now, I AM READY TO CELEBRATE!!! Have a very nice evening appreciating the gifts this planet has provided for us and for all its species for thousands and thousands of years!!!
