Thank you again Dandelion. Maybe it's just me, but I believe the Environmental Protection Agency is rapidly loosing ground and on it's last leg. Too much REGULATING...$

Signed and noted! Another reason to NOT vote for Mitt! The EPA has been gutted enough. In order to be effective, a regulatory agency needs to have all the tools it needs to deal with those who harm our environment for their own profit or pleasure.

Have the same problem here with the NYPD open pistol range which was suppose to be shut down more then ten years ago. It is also were they bring any bombs they find to explode them.
