A government of sycophants selected for personal loyalty rather than expertise cannot check authoritarianism or protect the public interest from exploitation for private gain.

I recall reading history and never wanted to live in the Gilded Age, The Depression, nor McCarthyism let alone the WWII period. Seems like I'm getting to live through all of them - oh joy.

Thanks Dandelion--we cannot afford silence whenever a group is attacked to silence since history teaches us that the intent is to split each group off to silence until no one is left to object to all being silenced.

Shared news article and analysis over social media to raise and spread awareness.

Everything needs sharing as far and wide as possible over social media to wake the people up!

❤️❤️Noted...I think Donald Trump wanted to be a one man band with his hand picked lackie's at his beck and call saying yes sir how and where would you like it. However he now finds a percentage of them don't wish to play ball and so he is pouting and saying he has no interest in the health care act. That is one lackluster President.❤️❤️

❤️Thank You...Dandelion❤️

Trump uses Bannon's words out of context and throws them at the wall of history , which is exasperatingly inaccurate. I think Conspirators are mentally off the mark, just like hatred should be classified as a mental illness so should that which springs from it. It is easy to understand why we are all so tired and worn out by the chaos. It makes me physically and mentally ill . puke

Trump & Bannon hate everyone except themselves. They will only be happy when they have destroy America & all it freedoms & ideals.

It's obvious he rewards loyalty for himself than to reward his voters with the best person for the job.

When the press and brain dead politicians treat this fool as a legitimate president it will go on and on til it spins out of control. Everybody's already dizzy from the spin.

Suppose this is what Trump meant when he said our heads would spin. I recall that statement by him lot of time.

It still scares me to see how dummied down our population must be to have believed one utterance from this preposterous 'so called' president. There was much to ponder in the article, and a great deal of concern regarding the office of our nation, and those who seek the power and the financial leverage such positions entertain. I've just discovered the tv series on dvd: Homeland. The drama is sewn together by the opposing forces of loyalty and betrayal. Yet, we've learned that the human race succeeds by compassion. If our minds and brains could wrap around the concept of compassion as our future, and acknowledge that games of power, control, war, and much more that consume our government, perhaps we'd orchestrate a real country of peace, freedom, equality, and see how it is possible to have medical care for all, food enough for the people, placements of productivity for the population, well-educated children eager to live out fulfilling lives. We're still operating on with the dinosaur brains of survival - and we are capable of doing so much better. But, seeing that Dtrump is in the Oval Awful in 2017, it should concern all of us, whether we're judging how the White House is run, or observing how the friendly neighborhood is getting along, we are at a crossroads of either solving our problems or in the alternative, being ruined by the corruption. From much of what I'm reading it appears that the majority is eager to find a much better way to carry the nation forward!
