Tell Monsanto, Kraft, Pepsi, Coke, General Mills, Kellogg's and DuPont and the members of the Grocery Manufacturers Association that you wont buy their products as long as they donate against GMO labeling!

Should companies like Monsanto, Pepsi, DuPont and General Mills get away with hiding the facts about what’s in our food from us?

Heck no, especially when they already label their products in 64 other countries around the world!

It’s simple - You and your family have the right to know what you're eating. Yet these companies are spending millions to fight GMO labeling initiatives that more than 90 percent of Americans support - while claiming that they're telling us everything we need to know about their products.

So we're calling out some of the worst offenders on their hypocrisy.

It's going to take a massive public outcry to get them to do the right thing. That's why we need you to join us in demanding that Monsanto, Pepsi, Kraft, General Mills, Kellogg's, DuPont and 60 other major companies stop trying to keep us in the dark about whether or not their foods contain genetically engineered ingredients.

Please add your voice right now.

Polls show that an overwhelming majority of Americans want to know whether their food contains genetically engineered ingredients.

But in the run-up to California's referendum vote on a labeling initiative last year, Monsanto alone spent more than $8 million fighting to keep consumers uninformed! And now Monsanto, Kraft and other companies are pouring money into Washington state to fight a similar initiative.

Last year these corporate giants spent $46 million in California to defeat Prop 37 and your right to know what’s in your food and now they’re hiding behind the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) to try to do the same in Washington.

Already the GMA, an biotech chemical and junk food industry front group has given $2.2 million to defeat Yes on 522’s GMO labeling initiative in Washington, the same amount they gave last year to defeat GMO labeling in California.

At Food Democracy Now! we’ve already reported on the secret behind closed doors meetings that the GMA held earlier this spring and now reports from DC are saying that Monsanto, Kraft, Pepsi, Coke, General Mills, Kellogg's and DuPont are running scared and don’t want their contributions to show as individual companies because they know they’re betraying democracy and the American public is growing tired of it!

Join us in fighting back to win GMO labeling and Yes on 522 in Washington State! If they want to erode our democratic rights, we will erode their profits.

These companies think they can get away with saying one thing and doing another. Not anymore - it's time to call them on it.

Your government is doing little to protect Americans against GMO, the seeds of destruction. Europe certain requires labelling - giving people a choice. What are these companies so afraid of! Sadly, a former Monsanto executive has quite the high position in the FDA.

Severe thunderstorm - far less threatening than Monsanto - even though we lost power for several hours earlier today...bigger storm now, so hopefully the power stays on - candles and battery operated computer at the ready.
