After years of devastating job losses, America's manufacturers are starting to grow again and new businesses and opportunities are opening up every day. American manufacturers have the potential to revitalize our communities and jumpstart our economic recovery.

Manufacturing jobs are good jobs, paying an average of 9 percent more than jobs in other industries. Every new manufacturing job we create adds another 1.6 jobs to the local service economy, and for every dollar in manufacturing sales, another $1.34 is added to the economy. Investments in manufacturing have a stronger impact than investments in any other economic sector.

The United States is ready for a manufacturing renaissance, but Congress needs to act. Sign the petition today to stand with us in demanding that Congress break through the political gridlock and make a difference in our economy by focusing on manufacturing jobs now!
