First, some background: Leftist activists, including members of North Carolina NAACP, are in Raleigh, North Carolina, today for the so-called Moral March. Their mission? To screech about everything from abortion restrictions to fast-food wages.

Oh god, twitchy, the website for terminally screechy rightwing nutjobs like Michelle Malkin & her hellspawn. Not news, more like propagandized whining. Downvoted.

downvoting this one too, it's propaganda and not very smart propaganda either.

In context, bringing ID is included in a list of things like remembering which bus you're supposed to be on, and not being rude to elderly participants. In other words, they're not checking marcher's IDs, they're telling marchers that having your ID on you is a good idea, in case anything goes down.

Ahhhhhh...Regan...there ARE a couple other sites also and I am just assuming you don't like the fact of the party you support so intensely shows it's hypocrisy & stupidity!? Poor girl!!

Devon..Don't tell me you are not smart enough to see how ignorant and full of hypocrisy this is!? Truly!? Really!? You are supporting a party that belly aches about the Republicans/Conservatives wanting voter ID done to help stop fraud and here they are telling people to USE an ID in order to PROTEST the USE OF an ID!? And you are gonna stick up for them!? My gosh....this country truly is going down a black hole spiral for some!! That is embarrassing to actually see how many stupid people there are in this country! And propaganda!? WOW!!

Your reasoning Devon is total insanity!!! Dum..de..dum..dum!! Oh Boy!

The trouble with that argument, Carol, is that there really isn't/wasn't any voter fraud to speak of. The only people who have been purged from the voter rolls in all those red states were Democrats. This doesn't, you must admit, look good for the so-called party of "family values." If this is the only way your guys can win an election, it should tell you something about the direction this country is taking and the opposite direction, which is the one your party is taking. I mean, if the GOP can't win any other way than by cheating, maybe it's time for that party to die a natural death. Looks like it is, now that they have let their class and race hatreds come to the forefront. It ain't 1950 anymore!

"Don't tell me you are not smart enough to see how ignorant and full of hypocrisy this is!? Truly!? Really!? "

Do you know how that sounds to some one with an IQ above 90? They spin, you carry their water. For a much worse life. You hate so much!

The suggestion to bring a photo ID is not hypocrisy. No one was going to be turned away from the march if they didn't have or didn't bring one. No one was going to be forced to show an ID. That's different from having a state law that will prevent people from exercising their Constitutional right to vote because they don't have or can't get the proper newly mandated ID.

It's not Roger!? If it was not hypocrisy then the left would go along with the Voter ID in order to save the integrity of the voting system from fraud that has been committed the past 2 elections. The last 2 elections were over run with fraud and then we heard from the left that the mean old Republicans were trying to stop old people from voting by using voter ID..pretty stupid assumption..yeah!? And again only the left would refuse to see and completely deny the hypocrisy in their thinking!! You are in complete denial!!

If the only way you can rationalize the right wing election losses is to claim falsely that there was voter fraud, then console yourself with that lie. The rest of us are moving forward.

Oh, I'm sorry. Those weren't more than 80,000 'Tea Partiers' marching in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, over the weekend. Those were people peacefully demonstrating against the radical Rightwing 'Tea Party' policies of the North Carolina Legislature and Governor.

Had they been 'Tea Partiers' protesting, of course, you would have already heard about the march, as it likely would have been featured by every news outlet in the nation, along with the repeated claim that such a massive gathering of angry voters portends disaster for Democrats this November.

Such as these were not angry Rightwingers marching, however, the event barely made the "news" beyond North Carolina's borders.>>>> But it happened, whether the national, so-called "liberal media" covered it or not

No, Carol, it's not hypocrisy. The amount of "fraud" committed in the last two elections is miniscule especially compared to the number of people who lost their right to vote due to these ID laws. Especially when you hear what people like Pennsylvania state House Republican leader Mike Turzai who said, "Voter ID, which is gonna allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania, done." It is obvious that the Republican interest in passing such laws is less about "fraud" and more about preventing people who are more likely to vote Democrat from being able to vote. Now THAT is hypocrisy.

Carol, I consider it a compliment to be called "stupid" by someone suffering from the Dunning-Krueger effect. If you find out what that is, you'll know why.

You bring it all on, with the rest of your hater clan. How is it you and Diane O aren't joined at the hip? Fishy.

You have to bring it to these lazy people, Devon. The only work they do is Fwd, copy & paste and leave fox on in the back ground like a rush limbaugh show.

Dunning-Kruger effect - RationalWiki
The Dunning-Kruger effect, named after David Dunning and Justin Kruger of Cornell University, occurs when incompetent people not only perform a task poorly or incompetently, but lack the competence to realize their own incompetence at a task and thus consider themselves much more …

I learned something new! I LOVE doing that!!!
