THESE are the seven graphs that should make the Rudd Government feel sick. These are the seven graphs that should make you ask: What? Has global warming now stopped? Look for yourself. Look

Why does the first graph only go back to 1988 - because if it went back to 1900 it would show that 2008 is still well above 1900 temps - cherry picking the data LOL. Also - one or two years of cool tempratures is WEATHER - climate is long term...

why does the second graph only go back to 1979? Probably the same reason LOL

the third graph does indeed show a long term rise in sea level - simply rising a bit slower over the last couple of years - again two years is WEATHER not climate...

I grow tired and will not discuss the other graphs at this time - all cherrypicked and contrived to fit a point of view LMAO...

You bet you won't discuss the graphs. They break the back of the scam!

The graph starts in 1988 because that is when James Hansen spoke before Congress saying there was a problem.

"2 years is weather, not climate" is absolutely true....but then so is 20 years not a very long time in terms of climate. From 1988 to 2008 the weather got hotter and now it is cooling. The End!

Really, the pattern of communication seems to be that when in doubt, if you've already played the Exxon card, then nit-pick something the audience might not know enough about.... like the second graph which is of satelite data and that only started in 1979.

What a fraud!

"but then so is 20 years not a very long time in terms of climate." Then why do you keep getting all hyped up about the supposed (but not) cooling trend over the last TEN years. YOU keep saying this TENYEAR trend has "called of global warming" - so you just contridicted yourself yet agai LMAO!!!!!!!

"The graph starts in 1988 because that is when James Hansen spoke before Congress saying there was a problem." pure nonsense, clime change started at the beginning of the industural revelution, not in 1988 when Hanson brought it up LMAO!!!!! The data set that is present in the graph in question goes much further back than 1988 (at least to 1900) and is readibly available - so why exclude it, except to hid the real trends??
here is a longer term trend showing that there has been warming and that it is continuing:
