Among the six are bisphenol A, used in plastic bottles; phthalates, found in vinyl and cosmetics; and perfluorinated compounds used in making non-stick coatings and food packaging"

I'm glad to see the agency moving forward. Industry has promoted the use of these materals beyond my level of comfort (think of, those pet birds that died from nonstick coating fumes).
