Isn'i it amazing that women in other countries have had this right for such a long time.... and yet they have only got round to doing it now in Kuwait. Oh well I suppose they say better late than never, however I wish all the other countries in that region also 'saw the light'. Oppression is everywhere, sad but one slow step for HUMAN-kind....

Perhaps I should move to the Middle East. I could have four wives, carry lots of firearms around with no 'background check', women have no rights.

Just kidding - my point is only to put matters into perspective.

I do find it strange how the same people here screaming the loudest about gun control seem to love people in other parts of the world who have no gun control.

I am sorry What???
Daniel, every little step that is taken in the right direction in human rights is major and it should be celebrated.
I do belive your misogyny is showing or are guns are more important then womens' basic human rights??

The point here is, I thought, that Kuwait has moved forward regarding a woman's rights. There's a lot to work towards but at least it's a start in the right direction. BTW, I though this was a thread on women's rights not gun's.
