Amen to that!! Women do twice the work men do because we know better about how to get things done!! We may have to be shown how to do a certain job once--like on George Lopez--but afterwards, we got it goin' on, girl!! lol

People should get paid for effectiveness and efficiency, for competence and capability - for getting the work done. We are plenty of capable of paying people for their work, without discrimination. People who are lazy and selfish are the ones who discriminate in the workplace and in society. People who are lazy and selfish are the ones who want to ban dogs based on breed rather than on behavior of individual dogs. It's time for us all to demand that evaluation be based on achievement, performance, and behavior, not characteristics that are not relevant to the outcomes.

If anyone ever discriminated against my mother, wife or daughter, my wrath would come down upon them
