This is so true. Junk food has a chemical in it similar to MSG which is what causes the problem they think. It is even put in bagged lettuce! Read labels very carefully don't trust the hype on the manufacturers covers!

Sugar is a DRUG! Caffeine--as in chocolate and coffee--is a DRUG.

You get addicted to either of these, trust me, it's worse that withdrawal from heroin...
Perhaps we need a good re-issue of "Valley of the Dolls" to make the point.
