ah DAphna! thank you so very much!! i have been a mead drinker and make for about 15 years now,although the making part has tapered off the last 3 or 4. it's a splendid beverage!all natural.and as the article said prolly man's very first sip o' the sauce!!i was intoduced to it by an old bee keeper . who has since left this ole earth,but i treasure his gift of knowledge to me . and i have two of his bottles left,from '95 and 96.am so looking forward to opening them !! thanks again !!
