Also, electric bikes. an electric bicycle, 300 to 350 watts, is legal without a license most places. This means 20mph, which is fast enough.

An interesting footnote: you know all those cars they're selling in China? the latest rage is the motorized bicycle - it's faster (because of the traffic jams)!
