If the worrying news about over-the-counter cough syrup has you down, try this natural alternative: Add three tablespoons of dried thyme to one pint of boiling water. Let cool, then add one cup of honey. Take one teaspoon every hour as needed

Great post Daphna. The only one they didn't mention and should have, is U.S. Golden Seal Root,
This is an extremely potent anti-toxin, antibiotic, natural antiseptic and cell rejuvenator. Also, it is an excellent alternative to flu vaccines. It heals all wounds twice as fast than any synthetic drug without any life threatening or dangerous side-effects. It breaks up scar tissue and re-animates damaged tissue and encourages its repair. It boosts the immune system, strengthens the endocrine glandular system to balance weight, gives more energy and extends longevity.
Peace in our Quest for Truth and the personal desire to heal ourselves holistically.

I am wondering how you feel about probiotics too bc I have read tons of great info on how they can help with so many things in our body naturally. We have been taking Vidazorb chewables and love them! They helped our son with his food allergies and Eczema when nothing else could.

There is all kinds of good things that come from Herbs. I grew, dried and have stored quite a few this year and look forward to using them for their various uses this winter.
