What this article does not state is that over 80% of all soy on the market today is GMO and to make this even worse that a large portion of the soy sold in the Americas is grown in the Amazons............
It's Your choice what you eat but be informed.

Only 3% of soya grown anywhere, is used for humans, 97% of it is for animal fodder. If evryone was veggie, never mind vegan, there would be no need whatsoever to cut down rainforests. In the UK and in Europe we do not use GM. I have read articles before that malign soya, but surely you would have to eat shedloads to do harm! Most folk do not do this as we also eat fruit, veggies bread cereals pulses nuts etc. If you have stopped eating meat and become a veggie, do not feel that you have to have something on your plate that reminds you of the piece of corpse that you used to eat.Nothing wrong with say, wholewheat pasta and a sauce made with onions and tomatoes, basil etc. Incidentally, if soya is fermented to become tofu, it has no downsides and is only good for you. No wonder the Japanese people were always the most long-lived -- at least until they started to "Westernise" their diet.

once again, man out to destroy a good thing. as bad as animal products are for a persons system, people don't seem to mind eating that. I have become so healthy since going Vegan, all my blood work was high points with my doc, he was so surprised and pleased with what I did in a year, without meds. I suppose it all boils down to who we will beleived, what articles are printed or what we see in our own system.

GMO soy is great as a fuel for transportation, but is unfit for consumption... with prolonged ingestion of GMOs, your risk of medical complications increases exponentially with time... once complications manifest themselves, you can bet your bottom dollar the doctors will run lots of billable tests and everyone will deny the food connection... however, apart from toxic vaccines, food has the greatest impact on your health...

... think before you put something into your body...
