That danded all toheck Bush administration left this country hurting in far more ways than just one. I vaguely remember reading when Bush instituted the change and if I can recall rightly, it would take a full bore effort and time by the new administration to reverse Bush's regulatory change. I just wish that I could remember the reasons as to why and regurgitate them back out here.

To ignore and not reach out to help all endangered species is inhumane cruelty. I have signed the petition with hope that there are those in Congress that will pay attention.

Signed. Every time I read and hear about these things, it just makes me realize how absolutely devasting the Bush administration was!! The Bushites made sure with all the last minute give aways to special interests, that the new administration would have their hands much more busy than they should have. Then the GOP's says President Obama hasn't done enough so far, when in reality he is still trying to clean up the mess left behind, plus fulfill his promises. I don't doubt that Bush Jr. will go down in history as one of the most damaging, ineffective Presidents of all time!

Bush... unbelievable. How can the Republicans put today's business and profits over tomorrow's health of animals and the environment? Unbelievable!!! Did the Republicans ever pass the toddler stage where the whole world revolved around them? Is there ever to be a higher cause than money?
