Criminals Want Compensation from Victims!
06/11/2007 The Israeli ministerial committee ratified a draft resolution to bind the Palestinian authority to pay compensations to the Israelis. The compensations, according to the resolution, should be paid as a fee for Israeli human and material losses caused by Qassam and other rockets fired into Israeli settlements. The fees include the cost of medical and psychological treatment for Israelis.
The resolution, presented by several Knesset members and supported by the Israeli government, says the compensations will be cut from Palestinian taxes, which Israel collects on behalf of the PA. The draft resolution aims at charging the Palestinian authority because it's "not fighting terrorism" and accuses some PA members as "supporting it".
In response, MP Dr. Jamal Zahalika, chief of the Democratic National gathering, said the draft is "extremely shameless". "It is nonsense, since the criminal wants compensation from the victim; the Knesset approved a resolution that forbids the Palestinians from compensations if they were exposed to any Israeli military action, even if they were not involved in it militarily!" Dr. Zahalika added.
Addressing the Palestinian authority the MP said that "the Palestinian authority along with Palestinian organizations should prosecute the Israeli aggressive crimes in International courts and wherever possible."

Stop killing Angels od God ... the children dont do any think , or Izraiel still belive that kill Arab children you will still alife... Human rights must do some think to safe the children they are not part of any war

Israel have continued killing numerous these angels for 60 years...! It's so many that we can't account killed children numbers...

The concept of the perpetrator paying compensation for loss of life is a reasonable one. However, I believe the United Nations and not any one single nation should establish such a resolution. Perhaps then people would not be so quick to resort to violence to address conflict.

Yeah, imagine how many palestinians die over the last 6 decades??
If you put 10$ for each (that's absolutely unimaginable of course) imagine how much money should Israel pay to compensate!!!!
And needless to say that a human life cannot have price number!!!!!
They have the nerve to ask for this compensation and they're the ones who are killing!!!!

hmmmmmmmmm nurith k the tone in your comment could be taken as anti semantic ........first this is a good thing that they charge a government with damages but it should be able to work for the palestinians as well ......they need to proceed in legal action ......and i think that a lot of people seam to forget that isreal is not just those chosen people ...........if your bombs harm me or mine no matter what i am going to sue you........end point .......
i personally can not stand religious states of any kind and by no means support the apartheid in palestine ....
but i do not think we should allow governments to stand by while people blow things up because they are unhappy .........
i also think that it is odd that so many that have noted this and commented on this are linked to the kurds news feed ........hmmmmmm and from what is stated with in this field it appears people should not take legal actions against the palestinians because they are victims ......... not all of them are innocent .........and israel is a mess and as with any government is corrupt and bigoted ........
i think the same thing about palestines governing body ......and turkey's government and the pkk ........but i do believe that israel has a right and need to be and i think that palestine has a right and need to be and i think turkey has a right and need to be and i think kurdistand has a right and need to be .........innocent people die all the time because people blow things up ..........
you may want to watch how you come off ....israel devils palestinians angles this is not a very intelligent way to think about humans there are no absolutes..........
and i think lebanon should apply this policy the israeli government is introducing toward them ........the war and damage lebanon suffered at the hands of the israeli government has never been made right .........
