Two more morgues are planned for construction in Baghdad as death squad killings have soared -- 1,536 were killed in Iraq's capitol in September.

John Negroponte's "death squads" ...From Central America to Iraq. Need I say more?

Yes, Pat. Negroponte does have a long history of nefarious behavior. You know, oddly, while Negroponte was "death-camping" in Central America, Jack Abramoff was death-camping in South Africa. Is it a coincidence that they are both actively involved with the present administration? I think not.
