Let's make all war criminals accountable for the war crimes they hae committed! Let's support the politicians who support the policy of making those war criminals accountable!

The rules should apply equally to all leaders. The latest bunch, the Bu$hCo mafia, definitly need to stand trial before the world before there will be any closure. I personally would like to see them strung up by their toes in the public square, in Iraq, to be dealt with by those who know what they have done. Ah, well, dreams are lovely, though not as good as their coming true would be.

Unfortunately it's not what the UK govt wants - to have to have this investigation! And I have the feeling that a certain judge in Spain is looking for publicity! However, there are lots of great people in both countries though Spain has the better weather!!!

Noted! In addition to Bush and Cheney, add Rice, Runsfeld and Wolfawitz. They are responsible for this war which never should have happened. I don't know how some people sleep at night!!!

This is really sad! I am ashamed that other countries can oust Bush but we as a huge nation cannot?
Something is very wrong here!

I always said that justice would be to see Bush & Cheney crime families in handcuffs! Just do it.

Thanks for the link, Blue. What a tool. Could it be he sees the inevitable prosecution of these criminals and wants us to believe he didn't know?

"If one is dealing with a crime of mistreatment of prisoners of war, the complaint should go against those who physically carried it out," Conde-Pumpido stated."

These were not prisoners of war. They were classified as "enemy combatants" so they could be tortured. What a ridiculous cycle of sick B.S.

Patrick flags a good quote from Charles Pierce, who thinks Obama is overly worried about whether we are too frail to handle the spectacle of seeing a bunch of high public criminals put on trial. Yes, we can!
