It really doesn't make a lot of sense. If the US put them in prison then the US should try them. However it almost has to have something to do with not wanting them free. I'm afraid our government rounded up a whole bunch of people that had nothing to do with "terrorism," treated them badly and now don't want the world to know what has really happened. Argghhh!
