First of all, am I really the first person to comemnt at this strand? I have to inquire, because people play with my Internet submissions. Last night while at YouTube, my computer was suddenly taken to a screen with Mutant Justice League cartoon characters. I frequent write and use the Justice League characters to represent the USDOJ. The mutated Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman were studies in evil. I was frightened, just as the cyberstalker intended. The truth is that the DOJ "mutated" years ago, and there has been no subsequent CHANGE.

The circumstance you complain about is indicative of that fact. So is the problem that my family faces. My handicapped brother - an American citizen - suffered a secret Guantanamo-style arrest and death right here in the USA, and the DOJ refuses to investigate it or do anything to prevent my stalking and my family's terrorism for asking "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?"

You waste your time tring to get judicial process in the U.S regarding terror in the Guantanamo camp, anytime the same thing may be planned for YOU and was already done to my brother, without any investigation being granted. See H.R. 645 - a congressional bill proposing six (6) concentration camps in America FOR Americans. The proposal is/was on the table to use these types of camps to enforce you to accept EXPERIMENTAL vaccines against H1N1 under military force.

I feel bad for the people in the War on Terror camps. But it is also time for you to think about your own safety and write to your congressperson about plans for YOU - H.R. 645.

It is, Elisa. Blue B - no one is more critical than I am of the present UK government or of the British Empire of history. I am not into point scoring. So when will Guantanamo be closed? And all the other prisons where people are tortured and held without trial? Sometime, never?

What happens when they are closed yes some innocent people have suffered but you all seem to forget sept 11
a lot of not so innocent people have been held and stopped in their evil tracks if you had lost family and friends to terrorism you might not be in such a hurry to stop the goings on a lot of American lives have been saved because of the tactics of torture in these prisons what do you want dead innocent Americans yes there will be errors but without these places there will be hundreds of ~DEAD Americans terrorism will only get worse I hope it does not close and a lot of Americans agree with me also a lot of the world agrees

I have lost a member of my family to terrorism in 7/7. So I speak with more authority than you do.
Firstly I have never and will never condone the illegal use of torture to extract extremely questionable 'evidence' that does not amount to a hill of beans.
Have you ever been tortured...water boarded for instance...read about it and gain a little education...it will be good for your soul...when the torture is so extreme you will say anything and agree anything to make it stop...reliable evidence ...I think not.
Second the running of Concentration camps was outlawed after the end of the Nazis and the International declaration of Human Rights set up to enshrine all of our rights as fellow Human Beings...including your sorry tail...so don't go stomping all over such rights so lightly...how about if masked people came for you in the night and 'rendered' you (Kidnap they call it by any other name) to another country bound and gagged and blindfolded on a transport plane...and there stood by while your fingernails were extracted with pliers...not so darn funny is it now...then a little electric probe was attached you a sensitive part of you (if you have one use your imagination) and shocks of increasing magnitude are passed through you...and that is only the start of a process that can take months until you wish you were dead...then you are locked up in a huge purpose build prison for years and interrogated, water boarded and chained naked to the concrete floor for days in your own filth...
and never once does anyone tell your family where you are, what charges are against you...nor are you...you are denied any form of legal representation, screamed at, shouted at, beaten with wire flex till there is not one part of your body untouched...fed food that is against your beliefs (if you are vegetarian you are forced to eat meat) and then you are released after seven years with not so much as an appology or any right of legal comeback...
So Marie...your rather ignorant and stupid words above are looking all the more stupid now...

But nothing and I mean nothing will ever allow me to excuse the barbarism and the pure inhuman behaviour of how the USA treated these people...As Gandhi said...Western Civilisation might be a good idea one day.

(In case you think I made all this up listen to those who came home from such experiences and you will find that I have given a sanitized version for the sake of the weaker stomachs here on Care2)

I say again torture will never solve terrorism...it will feed it.

You are a poisonous little tick...if you had bothered to check your facts...clearly you are only interested in your our myopic view of the world...you will find that I live in Scotland...now I can see that knowledge and wisdom are not your strong points...but that is in the UK...duh!

David, thank you once more. You are a dear friend, a wonderful human being and I am proud to know you. It's the UK government's instigation of torture (think Farid Hilali) and its craven complicity in US torture across the globe that now makes me wish for an independent Scotland. I want to live in a country I can be proud of where torture would be unthinkable. And I want to have a government that would be more easily held to account than the bunch of thugs in Westminster - though there are some decent human beings there though not nearly enough to make a difference.
