Troll, you are so offbase here. Eleanor is absolutely dedicated to this cause and makes every effort to keep us informed. Yes, it will probably make the front page, I certainly hope it does, but it will be because we ARE very concerned and we WANT Eleanor to keep us up to date.

I remember reading about torture in our history books but thought it was a thing of the past . Terrible to hear it is happening again .

Torture, Iraq, and Guantanamo are all not acceptable but what do we do?
We see wars on television with Press being part of operations that never e
ever would happen if it would not be for propaganda i think Bush both father and son have learned very good from Hitler! If Hitler has been good at one thing it has been the PROPAGANDA! He had the right people in the right places! Unfortunately the people did not see what he was up to until it has been to late! Lets hope that this regime will soon be over and done with and that the USA realy will see a change! How about a honest government that does not lie? And that is honest to the people! That would be great because i think that everybody will remember that even Clinton has been a liar! No i did not have.....

Amazing i tried to flag it and it was gone....thats the way we
should protect the SYSTEM! Not the members its the system that they
kill! I have found out today that many of the leaders have left care2!
We need the leaders to make the change happen! Way too many people just
watch things happen!

thanks eleanor for the post, it's realy a pity and disspointing to get paid former marshals or generals with respectable career on tv as analyst to transform ttheir opinions to promote the war over iraq in programmed propaganda to influence public opinion, this is quite deceiving and tricky to deal with the so called "pro administration media" by this way sooner this type of media would collapse cause it's cheap and such kind of involvement of seniour officers would damage their reputation , the pics of tortured prisoners in iraq, guantanamo and afghanistan is clear like sun in middle of the day and it's stunning and disgraceful.

Thanks for posting this Eleanor. Yes, I agree both the Bush/Cheney administration are to blame for the illegal use of torture, and the mainstream/corporate media here in the US is also to blame for not reporting all the facts to the public.

People need to stop watching our big media stations. If we do not watch, they will lose money. There ARE choices out there... FreespeechTV and LinkTV are BOTH channels WONDERFUL channels... if you do not get them, call your tv service provider, and ask them "WHY NOT?" Tell them YOU WANT IT! (Some of their programming is available on the net) Want facts? That's where to go!
