People who eat a lot of red meat and processed meats have a higher risk of several types of cancer, including lung cancer and colorectal cancer, U.S. researchers reported.

It's getting to the point that no matter what we eat these days, there is something in them to cause health risks. Courtesy of polluted waters, chemical fertilizers, additives in livestock and poultry...

I'd say it's time to start growing your own food, if you haven't already. Know where your seeds come from, make sure they are organic.
