Sounds like science fiction to me OK in theory but a millimtere out and you could be frying the White House or Cracking the Kremlin. Why not long leads on electric cars and you know when your range is up as the plug pulls out of the socket and you see miles of cable trailing out behind, They could give everyone different coloured cables and have weaving competitions as you thread throw the traffic! It's probably a Japanese ploy to fry the whales before they catch them having heard about the new Sea Shepherd boat!
