Scientists have found that acidic ozone water can effectively kill H1N1 viruses, with the advantages that it leaves no environmentally harmful residue and is inexpensive to prepare.

I agree Cheree....interesing info. Now that we know that there is a way to stop this without harming ourselves or our invironment, they need to get it in the making and supply it to all public businesses and make it readily available to folks who have family members & neighbors that have H1N1 to prevent the spred and stop it in it's tracks.

Ozone is not harmless. It can cause breathing problems in high concentrations it can be dangerous. I also have to wonder at putting such strong acids in water why don't I just use comercial pop instead? Why kill the virus what don't kill us makes us stronger. I have aleady had the flu and I survived.

Too bad that if you use it to cure the already exposed or infected it kills the patient then the virus. As an anti-viral disinfectant is at best just plain dangerous, even in small dilute amounts aerosol acid can cause lung collapse in infants, young children, people with asthma, bronchitis, COPD etc not a great idea in hospitals, nursing homes or homes with infant and small children. And then there is the tiny insignificant that all those acids eventually can and will eventually contribute to acid rain and the further acidification of the worlds oceans. All in all a great idea unless you bother to actually think about the effects of air born acid in lungs and the environment.
