Students in the Faculty of Medicine denounce the torture of dogs that take place in their institution IPN, where dogs being alive and conscience are subjected to surgeries because either there's no anesthetic is pass its due date so has no effect on dogs

Its totally disgusting and immoral to do this to animals What sort of values are these teachers at the university teaching students To be inhumane and cruel It must be stopped One of the poor dogs in the pic has its ribs sticking out They probably get starved as well as tortured So much cruelty to animals now I cant believe what a sick world this has become Another lot of people i hope go down with some horrible plaque I pray for it!
